The vault's dominant output is NoOp. A bundle whose price never clears its band never sells, and funders redeem in kind, receiving assets rather than a price the protocol has to honor.

No entity operates this. There is no upgrade authority and no account that can move vault assets to an arbitrary destination. Nothing here is a claim that a token is a good bet.
